Opera Santa Maria della Luce

The constitutive deed of the Tu es sacerdos Foundation - onlus, bears the date of 22 March 2000. It is constituted by the priests Fr Giuseppe Petrangeli and Fr Ruggero Iorio. It wants to honor the memory of deceased priests: don Eugenio Polverini, don Pio Basili, don Giovanni Mazzanti, don Leonardo
Fontanieri. The headquarters of the Foundation is in San Venanzo (Tr) at Piazza Roma n ° 5.

The statute states that the Tu es sacerdos - onlus Foundation was born from the desire to follow Christ in serving man and all of creation with the liberating perspective of the Gospel (cf. Letter of St. Paul the Apostle to the Romans 8: 19-22) .

The Tu es sacerdos - non-profit foundation is a non-profit organization and has the sole purpose  to pursue purposes of social solidarity and to promote and favor  the implementation of initiatives of the highest social interest: social assistance a  elderly and disadvantaged people; physical and moral assistance and protection for women  in distress and childhood; development of education and culture; promotion  training courses for employees of structures operating in the social economy;  support, within the limits of resources, to non-profit organizations ; protection of creation; protection,  promotion and enhancement of things of artistic and historical interest; promotion  of culture and art; organization of meetings, events,  conferences, studies, seminars for information and awareness raising  public about the aims of the Foundation itself.

According to the will of the founders, the Tu es sacerdos Foundation - onlus will have
attention for all the Opera Santa Maria della Luce, within the limits of its possibilities  and also trying to provide guidelines and action for the various services  activated in the context of the Opera Santa Maria della Luce.
